Obi is a great agent who went the extra mile to sell our house at a good price, while also ensuring the whole process ran smoothly. He communicated well with us from the beginning and also with potential buyers. He worked hard, following up with all who expressed interested, and assisting with anything needed. He had a good knowledge of the market and did an excellent job touching the house up for sale through his trusted tradies. His recommendations for businesses to do marketing and styling were also great. We sold our house from overseas so required a trusted agent to arrange everything - and Obi did this, exceeding our expectations.

I was very happy with the whole experience. From our initial meeting at the start of the process til the auction, I was kept informed. When trades were needed to prepare the house for auction Lisa and the team were quick to arrange these and get the necessary work done. I was really pleased with the number of groups who came to open homes and the professional manner of the whole team. My family and I had lived in this house for 45 years so it has been an emotional time for us. Lisa and the team were very understanding and supportive throughout the sale period.
