Lauren was super proactive, keeping us in the loop every step of the way. Each week we would get a report of any potential buyers that had enquired online, and even though we were semi-rural, she would make the time to come out after hours and Sunday's if buyers wanted to be shown through. She project managed everything for us, including the partial styling. She was friendly and fun to work with. Highly recommend.

As I am new to sellling houses , i feel I don’t have a benchmark to compare . I only ever met Jeremy and did not meet with other estate agents . In saying that I did find Jeremy kind informative and knowledgeable . On the other side I was a recent widow and existing on a pension which didn’t make me feel in control when Jeremy kept suggesting painting of the house etc . I realise that it would have probably been beneficial to selling but I just didn’t have the money to do up the house . I think it probably sold for less than it’s worth but i was so tired and frustrated with everything going on in different parts of my life that I just wanted it done .

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Obi from The Property Collective during my property purchase and could not recommend him (and The Property Collective) enough. I had been in the market and looking at properties for the last couple of years so have had many interactions and dealings with real estate agents and Obi exceeded all expectations. As a first home buyer I was quite new to the whole process but Obi's guidance made the world of difference. From my initial inspection of the property all the way through to settlement, Obi was very responsive to any queries I had but also ensured that their was a line of constant communication. As a buyer, my primary focus naturally revolved around the property itself prior to purchase.
