We had been wanting to sell our property for some time and were sure it was going to be an exhausting, drawn out process. How we were wrong! From the first phone call we had with Lauren the process was smooth sailing. She knew the market, knew what needed to be happen to get the property ready to sell. Lauren organised the painters, cleaners, electricians, new carpet, stylist, she even got us in contact with a brilliant solicitor. Communication was a breeze, and we never felt out of the loop, any questions or queries we had were answered promptly and clearly. I highly recommend Lauren, with a positive attitude and caring domineer, along with her knowledge across the property game and dedication in getting the best results for her clients, you won’t be let down. Thank you Lauren, you’re a gem!

We have worked with Lauren since the sale of our house in 2015 and have followed her everywhere she goes for all our real estate needs. Lauren is responsive, professional, and a joy to work with. We trust her completely. Our apartment sale was very well organised, she arranged everything for us which was a huge help for the two of us who are time poor. The apartment looked amazing thanks to Lauren’s efforts and her attention to detail. We were very happy with the price and how quickly we sold it. Throughout it all, Lauren was there whenever we needed her. We highly recommend Lauren and think she is the best agent in Canberra! We will continue to turn to her for any future real estate services. Two very happy customers here. Thanks so much Lauren!!

Lauren made us feel really comfortable throughout our purchase. Overall it was a great experience as a first home buyer having an agent so kind and personable helping us out. When we were going to various open homes with other real estate agencies, she was one of the few agents that actually saw us as serious buyers. Her being the agent on the house we purchased just made us feel even better about our purchase. Hope she has fun in hawaii ;)

To say that Lauren went above and beyond in assisting us with the sale of the property would be the understatement of the year. Lauren kept us informed every step of the way, joined us up with all of the tradespeople we needed to prepare our property for sale and was able to secure a pre-auction offer above what we were hoping for. She was an absolute pleasure every time we interacted and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to friends or family looked to sell their property. You could not go wrong by choosing Lauren to be your agent.

Jacob provided me with a warm and knowledgeable introduction to the property that I ultimately purchased. He was extremely responsive to my follow up enquiries and the due dilligence I carried out. I felt very confident that my business was important to him.

Sean was very knowledgeable and professional with timely and effective communication. I had full trust in Sean's advice, execution and management of the end to end sale process, which included liaising with the rental agent to vacate the property, staging etc. Sean helped me a achieve a great price in record time and made it a very easy process for me. Thank you!

Ben provided amazing support to me and my partner throughout our sales process. Ben has a great understanding of the clients needs including level of communication required, feedback and tailoring the service to our requests. Bens personable character put us at ease and made the sale process an enjoyable experience. I'd highly recommended Ben for your real estate transactions.

Sean and his team have been incredible to deal with. We weren’t even seriously looking for a house to buy, but when we inspected one that Sean was the agent for and fell in love, he was able to link us in with all the necessary people in record time - a mortgage broker, a lawyer, and even a tradesperson. Within a couple of days, Sean had our house on the market and then sold. It sounds stressful, but it was seamless. We sold, purchased, and settled - and the only bad part of the experience is that we no longer need to use Sean’s services, as the process is done and dusted.

Jacob was always available to chat or meet to help with any advice or information I required. He worked in with my schedule and was very accommodating of the fact that I had to travel from Wollongong, where I live, when organising a property inspection. He even organised to meet me at the property I purchased for another look on a Sunday, at short notice, after I rang him that morning. He knew exactly what I was looking for in a property, from previous conversations and properties he had shown me through. He was quick to contact me, when the apartment I purchased became available. His knowledge of the market and experience, helped me to make the right choice as a buyer. After the property settled, he was there to offer assistance with organising carpet cleaning and extra keys through the body corporate, or anything else I needed help with. His level of dedication is exceptional. I have bought and sold many properties over the years and would have to say, this is, by far, the best experience I have had. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Jacob to my friends, work colleagues and family. Thank you for making the experience so positive.
