We purchased a house through Jacob. He was knowledgeable and responsive when we were enquiring about the house. As we prepare for settlement we have been asking many questions and Jacob continues to be a great support and help. Thanks for making the process easier for us, Jacob!

I only have positive comments about Jacob. He is totally professional, has initiative, reliable and has a high duty of care. What he tells you he is going to do he does it! At no stage do you doubt he won't get the job done. And on auction day my home was sold.

I very soon developed full confidence in Jacob, when he took the time to talk us through the selling process. His experience in selling houses, and dealing with buyers and sellers was very evident. Jacob's marketing background and experience means that he is intuitive and has a high degree of emotional intelligence - both of which are important when dealing with people and the emotional experience of selling and buying a property. Jacob communicated with us through the entire process of selling our property, so we were informed and weren't expecting any surprises. This gave me confidence that we had chosen the right agent. On the day of auction, Jacob's work behind the scene was evident. There were no surprises, and we got a very pleasing result for our property. I would highly recommend Jacob and The Property Collective for anyone selling a property.

After years of searching for the right property we have definitely experienced our fair share of real estate agents. It was refreshing and such a wonderful experience to buy our first investment property from Lauren. She was always happy, knowledgeable, easy to work with and quickly assisted us with everything we needed. Would 110% recommend Lauren as your agent and really hope to work with her again in the future!

My experience with Jacob has been outstanding. From enquiry right through to the sale, Jacob has been incredibly responsive and his communication is always excellent. He went out of his way to explain the sale process end to end and to ensure I was always kept updated. His advice has been spot on and I am thrilled with the result he helped to secure for the sale of my property. Jacob works hard for the best interest of his clients.

Right through the process of the first open home through to the auction and after, Jacob was very attentive to our queries and needs regarding the property. He kept a consistent two-way dialogue throughout the sales campaign with us and was always on hand to answer any questions and help address anything that came up that may have been an issue at our end. Was very proactive in working with the seller to come to an arrangement that was beneficial to both parties. Jacob worked hard during the campaign so we didn't have to, and we were greatly appreciative of his efforts and keeping us up to date as things progressed.
