I highly recommend Jacob Stanton. I was very apprehensive about selling at this difficult time but Jacob put my mind at ease. He was reassuring & explained how he would handle the sale with the current COVID situation. I was very impressed with his professionalism & knowledge of the marketplace. His communication skills are outstanding & he kept me informed through every step of the selling process. He was always willing to answer any questions i had & did so in a very courteous, professional mannor. Jacob took all the stress away from the selling process, nothing was too much trouble for him. After only 2 evenings of viewings (by appointment) we had offers. Jacob negotiated with the buyers & we sold our home for a higher amount than hoped for. It was sold before it even went on the market, saving us money in advertising costs. This was very impressive & shows Jacob is amazing at his job. Nathan was great to deal with and provided ongoing support and knowledge over an extended period for this sale process. He kept us up to date along the journey and did all possible to bring the sale to a successful conclusion.
