Nick Jacob has helped us buy two properties and sell one over the last few years. We have found Nick to be professional, well-informed about the market, friendly and communicative. It has been a pleasure to work with Nick and we would recommend him to anyone in the market to buy or sell.

Another outstanding sales result. This is the second property that I have sold with Nicolas from Independent, and again we have had an excellent outcome. I am grateful for the strong constant feedback throughout the campaign and advice when required. I would confidently recommend his services.

We could not be happier with the service we received and the result we achieved from working with Jonathan and his team. We were able to go away overseas whilst our home was being marketed, knowing that it was in great hands. Jonathan and the Team went above and beyond with their service and the home sold at Auction at a higher price than we were hoping for. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jonathan and his team.

From the moment we expressed interest in 2/18 Darke Street Torrens, Jonathan and the team at Independant Property Group were there to help us every step of the way. From arranging inspections, to assisting with enquires, to the auction day and after, Jonathan always went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

We were so happy having Jonathan as our agent. Experienced, courteous and friendly, the consummate professional. Importantly, you can rely on Jonathan to be honest. Honest about the entire process of preparing and selling your home, from the original (and accurate) appraisal to feedback from potential buyers. The smallest things mattered, and we were always kept updated. And a big thank you to Dom, Rob and the rest of the support team. It was our pleasure to work with Jonathan and the team, thank you for the great result.

Independent Property Group was recommended to us by a friend. Robert Burns was our primary contact throughout the campaign and he did an exceptional job. He was very pleasant to deal with and provided a good strategy for the sale of our home. He kept us up to date with progress and nothing was too much trouble.

Jonathan was very friendly, had a great sense of humor and gave honest advice and feedback in the purchase of our home. Jonathan had a lovely nature that put me at ease prior to and during the auction. He made the process feel seamless and was positive and celebratory once we purchased!
