Jonathan has sold a number of properties for us in the past few years. I would highly recommend him if you are looking to buy or sell your property. He is very organised, professional and provides an excellent level of service.

Despite living interstate, Nic kept me informed of local treads and advice to sell my apartment. Four days in the market and Sold! for more than my reserve.

I was very pleased to have Mark Wolens as the agent for our property. I found his approach professional and honest. His appraisal as to the value of my unit was accurate, with the unit selling within the range he predicted. It was reassuring to go into the sale with realistic expectations. As I no longer live in Canberra I was very reliant on Mark and his team to prepare our unit for sale. The cleaning, painting , gardening and styling were all organised for us with reasonable quotes. The unit was very well presented on All Homes and we were more than satisfied with Mark's advertising campaign. Mark is a very good communicator and at all times we were kept informed as to how the sale of the unit was progressing. The unit sold within a month of going on the market at a price we were happy with. Thank you Mark and your team for the excellent work.

Asking Independent to act for us in the sale of our Gordon home was one of the best property choices we have made. From our first meeting to our amazing auction result, working with Jonathon and Robert was a truly wonderful experience. Their knowledge of the market and the professional manner in which they dealt with a large number of interested people and prospective buyers was evident throughout the entire process. Communication was also a plus. They kept us up to date and gave us the assurance we needed during an anxious four weeks. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting to buy or sell a property in Canberra.

Mark assisted me with my first property purchase. He was knowledgeable, flexible, and accommodating when it came to questions or queries. I would say he went above and beyond to assist me, and for that, I am very grateful. I would recommend him to anyone, whether new or experienced within the property market.

We found Mark to be very professional and helpful when we purchased our property through him. He was frank with us about the qualities of the property, was well versed in its recent history and did not apply any pressure tactics. All of our interactions with him were very positive and gave us confidence that the property was the right choice for us.
