Mark and his team were very efficient and effective. From the very start Mark had a clear plan and strategy and we were kept informed at every step of the way. Mark exceeded our expectations in a difficult market and at a challenging time of the year (in the lead up to Christmas). The marketing plan was very effective and our apartment sold very quickly at a higher price than we were anticipating.
