Good communication, professional and effortless processes, exactly what we were after when choosing a rental property manager.

Sigrid and Alex were very helpful when preparing my property for advertising and organising for inspections and rental. They communicated clearly and quickly and my property was rented within a week of being advertised. They have been fantastic.

My first experience leasing my property was with Jas Stephens and it was made easy by Alex and Sigrid. They were both efficient and assisted me through the process I was otherwise unfamiliar with and were able to secure tenants with weeks. Knowing they're local, right around the corner and a phone call or email away is something that reassuring too.

We had an excellent experience working with Alex and Illy from JAS Stephens real estate agent. Alex really listened to our needs and took the time to understand our goals rather than pushing a one-size-fits-all approach. She confidently listed our property at a higher price than the current market trend and the property was leased within a week at the asking price. Their communication was prompt, professional, and transparent throughout the entire process. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for an agent who genuinely listens, provides sound advice, and delivers outstanding results.

Annual lease renewal turned into relet after tenant decided to move on early. Christine explained our options and kept us informed throughout the process. Timely review of applications and recommendations resulted in great outcome with no vacant/transition time. Very happy with Christine and the JAS team.

I recently found myself in the bizarre situation where my rent stopped arriving and my property management agency had simply vanished into thin air. Calls and emails went unanswered, and their physical office was completely packed up. For full disclosure, this was Signature Property Investment (previously known as Park Trent Property). After contacting Consumer Affairs, I searched online for a new agency and found Jas Stephens, who had exceptional Google reviews. I reached out and was introduced to Damien Welch. From that exact moment, Damien took total ownership of the situation, essentially turning from a real estate agent into a private investigator. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He went above and beyond by chasing down the previous agency, liaising with Consumer Affairs, organizing a new set of keys through the body corporate, and leaving formal entry notices. He even managed to track down the previous tenant to retrieve the keys, entered the property to confirm it was vacant, organized compliance inspections, advertised the property, and successfully leased it out. The broader Jas Stephens team and their slick internal workflows left a massive impression on me as well. Having dealt with a total dud agency for so long, I honestly didn't realize this level of amazing service even existed. Thank you, Damien—you have been an absolute superstar. You are proof that genuinely thorough, dedicated professionals are out there who will do whatever it takes to get the best outcome for their clients. I cannot recommend Damien and the team highly enough. Absolutely brilliant!

Robert has been helping us throughout our apartment renovation since the previous tenants left - ensuring they left in time for the renovation to start without delay - up until organising a post-reno clean and finding new tenats immediately. We couldn't ask more!
