My wife & i chose Jas H Stephens to sell our house because we felt that they are the market leaders in the inner west, as well as putting in a lot of groundwork prior to signing them up i.e. after hours visits, honest advice & professionalism. Branko and his team sold our house prior to auction for roughly 20% over our reserve price. We worked with Branko to sell our sell the whole of our converted community hall development project in Yarraville. He helped us through-out the development process with updated comparative sales information and design input where it was requested. He took time to understand our product and what makes them unique and appealing to our buyers.
