We had a difficult site to sell, as it was previously listed with another agent. With a four week marketing campaign and some hard work, Kristy managed to sell all units and all within the quoted price bracket. Kristy also had some marketing ideas that I thought were quite impressive and to her credit produced a sale due to her cleaver thinking.
