Iris was easy to work with - she communicated well, was attentive and thorough in all aspects of the sale of our house. She took into consideration the impact of home opens and viewings on our tenants and made sure that we and our buyer were looked after when sorting out all the details leading up to settlement. Thank you Iris.

Iris is a great agent. She communicated clearly and effectively and made sure our purchase went smoothly. We were so impressed with her service that we have chosen John Matthew and Sons as the property managers.

Shack went out of his way to assist with every aspect of listing and selling the property. His communication, organization and assistance in recommending local contractors was invaluable as we could not be in town for the whole process. What was a difficult situation was turned into a smooth and positive outcome due to the commitment, professional advice and honesty from Shack. Highly recommend his services.
