When a great house for my family came on the market, we were quick to reach out to Iris. She set a viewing for us as soon as she could fit us in. She was open about house issues after inspecting everything herself. Iris checked in with us often for any questions we may have had as the process happened from offer to settlement date. Nov/Dec is a hard time of year to be buying a house but Iris has helped speed up the process where she can to ensure we do not get effected by the Christmas/new year’s delays. Happy to say we will not get affected by the delays. Honesty is the best policy of which Iris is well respected by my family in that front. There was no behind the scenes drama and just a clear collaboration that helped my husband and I get our first home. We are grateful.
