Really pleased with our home buying process with Shack. From start to finish it was smooth sailing. Knowing I was homeless with children and making empty promises to then move in and find out none of the gas lines or fitting were compliant and to Australian standards, there was a gas leak and the oven exploded. I then went to find out why the power kept stripping to discover that all the electrical in the fuse box is illegal and the electrician is wondering how the hell the house hasn’t burnt down yet…

During the sale of our family home of many years, Iris gave us practical feedback and guidance while also respecting our choices, decisions and privacy. The video was an extra benefit and almost made me want to keep the home, but it is way too big for us now. She took time to get the right buyer for the property and I am sure they are going to love raising their family in this home as we did. We set the price that we felt was right even though Iris believed it should be higher, (hence the honesty and respect comment), and we feel really good that the incoming family will be really happy with their purchase.
