If you’re buying a property then Iris is the one
We chose Iris due to a fixed commission fee and looking back, we should have done more research. Iris was keen to sell the property but we found she was also eager to ‘look after the buyers’, which we found disappointing as it was us paying the commission and felt we should be her priority. Do your research before signing any contract.

Great agent if you’re buying a property
Iris was not keen to sell this property from the outset and it showed throughout the sale process. If you are selling a property, do your research but if you’re buying then you will find Iris looks after you.
