From the getgo Iris was extremely vested in selling our property. In contact with us immediately after anyone showed interest or after a home open, advising her thoughts on who attended and opinions of potential buyers. Always went the extra mile to make the home look special and it is a special home. One we didn't live in but our son did. A really nice old home which we are sad to sell but pleased Iris was the agent.
