As good as it gets
Right from the start, something was a little different with Iris. She was keen, knowledgeable and her estimate was right on the money, and quite a bit higher than other agents looking at the property at the same time. We have had a number of agents review our property over the years, and Iris was the first we truly felt comfortable with. She knew the market and the buyers in the area. Iris had people looking at the property before we even listed it. We are in QLD, and our property was in Kalgoorlie. We didn't know the rules to sell, but Iris had us covered. We didn't have a seller's representation, so Iris dealt with that too. Everything from helpful suggestions on making sure the property was appropriate for sale ("I wouldn't bother spending money on *that*, it won't help the sale price, but you need to look at *this*."), to helping us read the room on negotiation. At no time did we feel as though she was putting us second or just trying to make a sale at the cheapest price. As the interest rates increased, we were a little nervous that things might fall through, however, Iris held the line and closed the sale. From well-timed emails and/or SMS, we never felt a void in communication, nor did we feel there was any kind of spam. It was only communication that was necessary and ensured a smooth process from her initial inspection to the sale close. We checked out her references when we first selected Iris as an agent, and now, we are very pleased to be in a position to write a reference for someone else to read.

Iris was phenomenal at selling the house, she is very approachable, always makes time to assist in phone conversations. Even after settlement Iris still assisted, she really went above and beyond. Iris is a very happy women, who actually shows she loved her job. Thank you Iris!

Astute Professional
I have met Iris several times at property viewings whilst we were looking for our ideal property. On each occasion Iris has been able to quickly provide me with property information at those walk through. When we finally signed a contract to purchase I was interstate, Iris’s communication was fantastic. She promptly send emails and returned missed calls in a very timely manner. There was no stress during the process, extra photo’s or clarification of what was on site was not an issue. The settlement process was clearly explained and went off without a hitch. We 100% recommend Iris, she is an astute professional.
