Good Day, We start talking to Iris last Novemeber 2019 in regrds in looking for a house to buy. She provided us the things that we have to know and the things that we need to do, until this year when we got the got the pre approval by the help of Jeff Delbridge(highly recommended, he is very professional, excellent in his job and help us all throught out the process). Iris start showing us some properties and ask us what are we really looking for a house. She neber failed to communicate to us and she knowsnhow to connect with her clients. She provide good knowledge and knows the story of every properties. She never make us feel pressure and remain patience in looking for a house for us. Until she showed a property to us and within 3 hours we did the under offer contract and within 3 weeks from under offer to sold. We can see Iris is a very harworking person and very passionate on what she is doing. We didnt get choosing her as our agent, we knew that she is the one for our family. I met Iris when I was viewing one of her properties in Kalgoorlie. She was very professional, very informative, and helpful. Iris will give you as much information as she can about the property. After signing the contract, I experienced a few ups and downs about the property, but she will find a way to work on her promise. From the beginning Iris was so easy to deal with. She was always available and so easy to chat too. With us selling our house from New Zealand as you could imagine it can be quite difficult. But not with Iris. She called me one morning at 6am Wa time which I was amazed by! She also made it so easy once our house was under offer. Always keeping us updated and a lovely little touch like sending us a calendar with all the dates of what would happen with our house sale. It was fantastic!!
