I will start off by saying, this sale, although difficult due to distance (We live in Perth, house was in Kalgoorlie), was made extremely easier with Iris. Iris was always informative, honest and always kept us up to date on the whole situation. Got onto things straight away, did everything she could, to help us. Patience and honesty are what I’ve felt from Iris. Due to the shift work I had only time after work to inspect the property and it’s always getting darker, hard to see outdoor area clearly. Iris encouraged to look at house one more time, but in day time. She also did her best in her knowledge to answer any of my questions, even after settlement! I believe that the vendors and I were in the good hands.
