Engineer by trade, Lou has quite an eye for detail, and has made it his mission to know every property in our rent roll. Described as ‘professional, honest and down to earth’ Lou prides himself on leading his team to deliver an impressive standard of service. Lou supports Landlords to select the right tenant for their property, and he ensures Tenants are onboarded so that the tenancy runs smoothly for both parties. Lou is innovative and welcomes technology where possible to enhance customer experience of Jump’s services. Lou welcomes a confidential chat and would love to show you why boutique is better!

Jump Property Management was launched in mid-2014 with a vision to offer real estate services that actually serviced investors, vendors, buyers, landlords and tenants in a way that we would like to be serviced. The team at Jump are all investors, and as landlords, we have bought, sold and developed property and we have also rented property. We are essentially a group of enthusiastic, mature and service-obsessed professionals who draw from a range of experience including engineering, psychology, customer relationship management, injury management and property services.
