Agency by Glenn Regan manages my rental property. Phone calls are always answered immediately by staff at the Agency and concerns are attended to promptly and efficaciously as in the situation when staff went immediately to my rental property to remove items left by the previous tenant. Another e.g. was when I needed an urgent replacement of my skylights at my house. Their tradesman came the very next day and did an excellent job in replacing my skylights. Payments are always received on time. Communication is open, clear and succinct. Staff at the Agency are empathetic. I am reassurred that the staff are always there when I needed them.
