After 4 months of searching for a property, we had been disappointed in so many agents who would tell as an Auction guide that was 2 or 3 hundred thousand less than the reserve price. We felt that they just wanted numbers at Auctions to fill a space. When we dealt with Glenn he was more honest and realistic in telling us where the property sat in a price Guide. He still worked to get his Vendors the best price along with being honest with the people interested in buying the property.
