One of THE best buying experiences! Had been seaching over a year for our family home when I met Shane. He was able to meet me for an inspection prior to open home and set up a second inspection for my family. He worked with me to get a reasonable price for the home and always communicated well with me through the whole process! Shane and his team have delivered us an excellent result in a down market. Harcourts approach and premium marketing gave us the advantage and reach to get a price we were happy with. Along the way he went above and beyond providing advise and guidance on all facets of the process. Which made such a stressful time easier to manage. If you want an agent which works for you not the buyer I’d recommend Shane and his team. Side note: I called ray white to appraise and discuss selling our place. They confirmed a meeting and didn’t turn up. After calling the agent twice no response. Called the office, they were confused and didn’t know what to say. No one, agent or office bothered to follow up or reschedule.

Not only did Shane sell our house he also found us another house to buy .the service from Shane , Scott ,and Steve ,who were at all our open houses was great .They always stayed back to let us know how Things went with the people that went threw the property.the constant updates we had from harcourts about times for open houses,and people wanting to come over in the afternoon was great so after saying all that . They say buying a house is probably one of the biggest decision's that you will make, I believe finding the right agent is paramount to a successful sale. When I decided to list my property, I invited some of the local agents to come and appraise it to give me their opinion as to what the property was worth, unfortunately there were no other properties in the area like mine that they could compare it too. I listened to each agent one by one give me their sales pitch on what they hoped to achieve and what they could do but with no comparable sales it would be a stab in the dark. I felt like they were down playing the property for a quick sale.
