Went beyond our expectations

Selling a home is obviously a highly stressful time for any vendor. Usually giving your trust to an agent leaves you highly vulnerable to circumstances outside your control. We were in this position. The market was moving in the wrong direction and we were making decisions which were going to be highly impactful on the result.
