Very helpful

We'd just moved to Maryborough and called a few real estate agents, some of who never returned my call after I left a message and a few who never followed up after seeing a few properties. We were ready to buy with pre approved funds and we just didn't get why agents would just let us go!! Then we met Merv who was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and didn't just let us go on our merry way, he was told the same as others that we were ready to buy and he did his utmost to help us find the right property. He met us at short notice, returned all my calls and opened the house we bought several times just because we wanted another walk through!! He was right there when we needed it, with his local knowledge, his friendly and honest approach was definately refreshing. He was there from start to finish and he was a pleasure to deal with.
