Never thought I would review an Agent I was buying from.. let alone it be a great review

Amanda played a very large part in my wife and I buying the property she had listed. From the first inspection to the phone calls and emails that followed and all the way through to our successful purchase at auction, Amanda's communication was always swift but most importantly honest and it was a pleasure dealing with a genuine person (there are many agents we crossed paths with which we would struggle to classify as a "person"). We have been searching for a property for many months and stopped visiting properties we were very keen on due to dishonest and non-genuine Agents with no respect for the potential buyers. Amanda was fantastic and this was demonstrated through the little things including remembering our kids names to the big things of negotiating a longer settlement with a complicated lease agreement crossover. Amanda treated our house sale as if she was selling her own home

If you are looking for an agent to sell your home, taking the level of care she would with her own home, look no further than Amanda. Over a four month period, from our first meeting until auction day, Amanda carefully guided us through the sale process. She provided advice on issues such as ,what "little maintenance jobs needed attention" and "when would be the best time to sell". She organised quotes for us when she could see we were overwhelmed by the whole selling process and gently made suggestions of the most appropriate way to sell our house, even when we thought we knew better! Through the sales campaign she kept us abreast of all the potential buyers and even made extra trips past our house to water our garden to keep it looking its best. Nothing was too much trouble. This is the second house that I've sold using Chisholm and Gamon Agency and I would highly recommend them. Each agent appears to be instilled with the value to treat each potential buyer or seller with utmost respect and provide truthful information and advice. This leads to open conversations and good result for potential buyers and sellers. We could not be happier with the result that Amanda achieved for our house, and could not fault the selling process under Amanda's guidance.
