We have known Sunil for a long time. At first we were hesitant to put our investment property on the market as the real estate market has been in a limbo for quite some time now, we thought we would not achieve the price required. Sunil did a thorough research of the properties recently sold in the area and those currently on the market and gave us the confidence to give it a try, which we did. He suggested a brilliant marketing strategy which we agreed upon. The photos and descriptions were also excellent. At the first home open, he had six potential buyers come through and the property was eventually sold to one of these. We were overseas at that time, he communicated with us at night time in Perth, the place we were it was five hours behind Perth's time. A very good initial offer came through and after subsequent negotiations, we finalised the sale. All the contract documentation was done by email whilst we were overseas and the whole process went very smoothly. We were very delighted with the final outcome. In future if we decide to sell our house, we will engage only Sunil. He is the best overall real estate agent we have known. We highly recommend him to anyone wishing to sell their property.
