As a disabled person living on my own, I was obliged to sell my property and found Sunil Shah from SLP through a website. Sunil responded eagerly in a compassionate and caring manner. He sold my house in ten days in this very difficult market and made the process a relatively painless and occasionally joyful experience ! After the sale, he even helped me above and beyond the role of a basic agent. Because I am permanently disabled in a wheelchair, he found me a suitable wheelchair friendly apartment to rent, he organised & held a garage sale for me at my house and even helped me with a lot of other things that needed to be done prior to settlement. As my family lives in Adelaide, I don't know how I would have managed without Sunil. I had never heard of or known an agent like Sunil, he is the best of the best and I would recommend him first and foremost.

We first met Sunil at one of his home opens when we were getting organised to sell our home in Beldon. We were instantly impressed with how he presented himself in such a professional and friendly manner. We could see from the beginning that Sunil was hard working and driven towards achieving the best possible outcome for the sale of our home. Sunil is highly organised and kept in contact with us via phone and email advising us on any updates with our sale. Everything ran smoothly, from arranging an awesome photographer to signing the offer! When Sunil did our appraisal he was optimistic on the price he could potentially achieve for us. To be honest we were unsure as it seemed quite high but we were reassured by his confidence. We needn't have worried because after our very first home open Sunil called us that same afternoon to say he was on his way to write up an offer!! We couldn't believe it! Sunil brought the offer to us that evening and he managed to negotiate a price that exceeded all of our expectations!!! The price Sunil sold our house was much more than what another agent had said we would get! AND Sunil accomplished this after just one home open!
