Smooth experience

Recently purchased a lot of land from Geoff, he explained the different options available and provided details to all my questions, and took the time to explain some things about the contract. So overall he was easy to get along with. He does like to use the typical salesman line of "be quick because these lots won't last long", but I'll forgive him for that.
