Recently purchased a lot of land from Geoff, he explained the different options available and provided details to all my questions, and took the time to explain some things about the contract. So overall he was easy to get along with. He does like to use the typical salesman line of "be quick because these lots won't last long", but I'll forgive him for that.

Geoff was very helpful throughout our journey to buy the land. He provided references of bank agent and conveying agent to complete the process. His communication was very clear and convenient whenever we needed, appreciate his help, thanks.

Geoff was fabulous from get go! He was able to review the house and give us tips on preparing it for sale. I was worried in the lead up to the sale because we had an unsuccessful attempt of selling it a few years back. Geoff reassured me with clear and concise communication at all times. We became like family by the end with daily phone calls pre and post home opens and most importantly he sold the house! His honesty and his communication was what really stood out!
