No need to look further.

If your looking at reviews to help decide what agents to use, can you can relax and stop right here. The Anderson team of Paul and Julie, really are the answer. My wife and I have had numerous real estate transactions interstate, and have witnessed and experienced average agent performance in the past. We recently relocated to the sunshine coast, explored many area's over quite a few months and of course, spoke with many agents. We met Paul and Julie in the second week of our journey, and ultimately settled on a property through them some 5 months later. They took a genuine interest in our needs and limited knowledge of the greater sunshine coast, and took time out to tutor us with their extensive local knowledge, seeming to have more interest in ensuring we were well informed on the area, rather than to secure a sale. Besides ultimately representing a property that we were very keen on, Paul and Julie were the key to our transaction. They have an aura of Professionalism, Honesty and Integrity that is both comforting and refreshing. They represented the property for the seller, in a clear, concise, well informed manner with class and style. They responded to our every inspection need, discussion point and final negotiation with utmost speed and commitment, yet made us feel calm and relaxed. We don't make recommendations often, I guess for fear that the "provider", doesn't "provide" for your friends or family and you ultimately regret the recommendation. Having said that, we would recommend Paul and Julie Anderson as a key to a great outcome, from either side of the buying or selling fence.
