Paul & Julie Anderson are excellent real-estate agents. The two are an excellent husband wife duo who provide personalized, prompt service. My husband and I work completely opposite shifts and days and therefore Paul and Julie would meet us at crazy late times on the weekends just to get contracts signed and the ball rolling, hence why it took 5 days to sell. I felt Paul and Julie told me exactly what I needed to do to de-clutter my house and make the place more presentable, which added value to the property. Our property was unique. There were no other properties in the Palmwoods area that could be compared to ours. Paul, and Julie, were positive, enthusiastic and open in their discussions, research and suggestions into how to value and market our home. They were respectful at all times towards us - a big plus for us as other agents that we were considering employing had been dismissive, and at times arrogant. Our sale was also unique. Our buyer's circumstances changed after contracts were exchanged, but Paul was calm and negotiated a path through the difficulties, eventually securing settlement as per the conditions of the contract.
