Cameron was supportive of this strategy and in terms of his appraisal, I felt he was being honest in terms of the property's value range rather than telling me what I wanted to hear in order to secure my business. So integrity was an important quality behind my choice of McGrath and he also offered me a good deal in terms of commission. He always responded promptly to any queries that arose along the way. In the end, a sale price was achieved that I am very happy with.
