I got appraisals from 5 agents before meeting Cameron. I'd contacted One Agent via the internet and acted on their recommendation to consider McGrath. One Agent indicated that McGrath had the best sales record in my area. I have sold several properties in the past and from experience, favour private treaty and internet based marketing. Cameron was supportive of this strategy and in terms of his appraisal, I felt he was being honest in terms of the property's value range rather than telling me what I wanted to hear in order to secure my business. So integrity was an important quality behind my choice of McGrath and he also offered me a good deal in terms of commission. He always responded promptly to any queries that arose along the way.
