In Josh We Trust

I would have no hesitation in using Josh again to sell one of our properties. My wife and I spoke with a number of agents before first asking Josh to sell one of our properties. We have now used him on two occasions. My wife and I are always keeping an eye out for our next investment and use Josh as a yard stick when dealing with other agents. In doing so, we regularly comment on how Josh would have done a much better job if he was the agent selling the property. Between my wife and I, we have purchased 4 properties and sold three in the last 10 years. We have viewed a large number of properties during this time and I can honestly say that none of the agents we have come into contact with have sold a property as well as Josh. He seems to be a couple of rungs above the rest. There is no better compliment than that.
