Josh was hard working and diligent with his efforts to sell our home. He rose to the challenge to sell our home, getting us the best price within our tight time frame. Communication with Josh was easy and open. A pleasure to deal with.

Joshua Mayo’s skills were outstanding and hard to criticise it was a pleasure selling and buying with him as he knew what we and the other sellers wanted in the selling of our amazing house . Communication was impeccable with him reaching out on the daily and guiding us through the process. I don’t think we are ever moving again because we found our dream house on the hill but if we had to move it would be Joshua Mayo who sells our home again.

Selling our house with Joshua was great, he gave up great advise in the beginning as to where our house sat in the market, he communicated well though out the selling period, gave us regular updates and found some wonderful buyers that loved the house.
