David Walker & Belinda Edwards

Neither of us ever respond to requests to rate the performance of anybody, or any organisation, so this is an exception. David and Belinda first came to our house at our invitation to give us a valuation. We made it quite clear that we would not be selling until we had somehwere to go, and we gave them a detailed description of what we were looking for. We heard nothing for a while, although we were actively looking for properties. One day we received a call from Belinda inviting us to inspect a property that she thought might interest us. In fact it was exactly what we were looking for, but seemed to be out of our range financially. They were very confident that we would get enough for our house to make the purchase possible, so we decided to rely on their advice and put the house on the market. After the first open house we had received several offers in the region of their estimate and after the second we had an offer which we were more than happy to accept. Both the sale and the purchase have proceeded smoothly to date despite the current COVID lockdown. We have dealt mainly with Belinda. She has been relaxed, cheerful and professional throughout. She has provided information and advice whenever we have asked for it, but never tried to push us in a particular direction. She has also been available at almost any hour of the day and any day of the week, to help us. We had dreaded the process of buying and selling property, but with the help of David and Belinda we feel we could not have done better. They are an excellent team and we would commend them to anyone.
