Chris Rigney has a refreshing, contemporary and tech savvy approach to selling and managing property. After a decade working as a licensed agent for franchise agencies, Chris recognised that franchise agencies were limited, and at times hesitant to embrace with the digital world, he identified a gap in the market for an agency that could deliver property services that were on trend by fully utilising technology. Chris specialises in residential transactions and land development; representing sellers, buyers, investors, developers, and financial institutions. Chris was born and raised in Goulburn, and has strong ties in the Goulburn, Crookwell, and Taralga communities. He is known for his knowledge, integrity, and approachable communication style. After over 2 decades in various sales roles, Chris developed and refined his negotiation skills and is a leading negotiator in the area. Chris went on to become a finance specialist in retail banking, the experience in sales and finance led him to discover his true passion in real estate. He has since built and continues to build a successful career in property services. A devoted family man, Chris is married to wife and business partner Julie, together they have four children that attend both primary and high schools in the Goulburn community. Chris has developed strong relationships with local banks, brokers, solicitors, and conveyancers. His network of contacts throughout the market and in residential, commercial, and, land development property circles, is testament to both his knowledge in the industry and his reputation for integrity, trust, and highly attentive personal service. Chris made our purchase of our first home stress free and extra special.
