I purchased my freestanding unit from Raine & Horne in Goulburn some 20+ years ago and it has been managed by their agency ever since until November 2025. This property investment has been a stress-free experience for the entire duration of my ownership thanks to the dedicated team at Raine & Horne. With special thanks to Robyn Organ for her dedication and vigilance in taking care of the property always with my best interests in mind and then latterly to Zeb and Courtnie Alaia and in the final instance to Zeb for his flawless and professional oversight throughout the entire process of the sale every step of the way which settled early November 2025. We appreciate Zeb's times to answer our many questions as we were new to the area. From the very begining, Zeb demonstrated his professionalism, and was responsive and knowledgable about the area, market and buying process. It was not possible for us to buy the loving property without his professional help. However, the property price was displayed despite our request to hide them.

Sale in a Timely Manner

Zeb has assisted me with selling my dual-occupancy home in Goulburn. He has provided regular communication through the process and assisted me with ensuring everything I needed to have to allow a smooth sale was completed. Zeb understood the assignment, and accepted my minimum sale price that I was willing to accept, and fought for that price for me. He's provided great communication between myself and prospective buyers, and it's clear why he's a leader in the market here.
