He and the rest of the team were easy-going and knowledgeable. They weren’t focused so much on my finances but more on my needs. While I was a bit uncertain about the online auction process, Steve made it straightforward and simple. His communication throughout was phenomenal and I was thrilled to be the successful bidder. Steve presented a clear time frame of when we could expect things to happen and educated us with each step involved in what can be a complex transaction. Steve made recommendations on minor improvements that we could do to help achieve the best possible price for the property and he also arranged all the work to be completed and the cost just came off the sale price of the property, so it was easy to do! Steve had great communication, excellent strategy and did more than expected open homes so every potential buyer had an opportunity to see the house. I would absotely recommend Steve to anyone considering selling their property.

We've known Steve for a while, so when it was time to put our home on the market he was the obvious choice for us. And wow - what an amazing result. Steve was able to quickly ascertain the best way to market our property and achieved this to the fullest with some crazy levels of interest, which resulted in a great auction outcome over a 4 week campaign!!
