As a buyer it was a real pleasure working with Steve. We liked his approach, particularly with his use of technology to keep us informed every step of the way. We were so impressed with the experience we had no hesitation in choosing Steve to sell our own property!

Having worked with Steve previously, we were confident that he would help us get the price we wanted. Steve kept our faith in his ability to deliver and we had a pre auction offer within 10 days of listing...could not have asked for a better outcome. Steve and Mac made the whole process seamless and went above and beyond to deliver a great outcome for us in a very short timeframe. Would not go with anyone else in the future...thank you again Steve and Mac and everyone at Agent Team. Phenomenal job!!!

Steve and Mac sold our property promptly and we were really happy with the outcome. Honestly, choosing a real estate agent was the hardest part of the whole process. It was made much easier after speaking with Mac - his communication is outstanding and a breath of fresh air in an industry where it's hard to know who to trust. He provided insightful and honest information about the market and our options. Steve is different to other agents we encountered. He is thoughtful in his communication and suggestions. He is understated, practical and realistic. We resonated with his approach to selling our house, and he and Mac organised, negotiated and sold it quickly, at a favourable price in a tricky market. We definitely recommend Agent Team to anyone looking to sell their home! Thank you Steve and Mac.

Their communication and especially their understanding of my needs were exceptional- they kept me updated. It was a difficult property to sell and they did it successfully. I can highly recommend them and wish them only the very best in their successful business.

Steve gave us a sense of confidence right from the outset – we knew he had it all covered which really took the stress out of selling the house. He offered frank and honest advice that didn’t raise or lower our expectations. He also showed a deep understanding of the market in which we were selling. We knew he’d give buyers that same level of confidence in all his dealings. Steve and the team were happy to communicate with us in a way that suited our busy lives (via WhatsApp) and this made all decision-making efficient and clear. Steve’s selling model is a strong one. It’s based on investing in the right things to get the best chance of increasing the sales price. We believe it was this investment in promotion and presentation that delivered a great result for us. We highly recommend Steve and Agent Team.

We bought our first home through Mac and Steve at the Agent.Team and we are very lucky to have had them through such a nerve-racking experience! They were very human-centered in their approach, maintained clear consistent communication at all times, provided advice, and where asked linked us to other experts. They made themselves available for multiple inspections prior to purchase and during the prior to settlement and made us feel comfortable with no push to steer our decision in one way or another. You may only buy a house once in your life, and it is important to get it right! I think with Mac and Steve you are in good hands.
