From the beginning interactions with Steve were different than with any other real estate agent encountered over the 20 years. This was honest, to the point approach that radiated expertise, skill and professionalism, while still personable enough to make you feel individual. Results were outstanding. Thank you

Steve was engaged as agent for my father-in-law, who was moving to a retirement village. The family home was built over 50 years ago and, while full of memories, was no longer suitable and beyond his attempts to maintain. My wife and I needed to not only sell the home but also sort through and deal with all the accumulated household items, and move my father-in-law to his new home. From the get-go Steve was professional and courteous. He set out the sales strategy clearly based on a thorough market assessment, planned and undertook the multitude of tasks needed to get a great result and kept us fully informed throughout. This took a lot of stress away from us and this meant we could focus on what mattered without distractions or having to deal with additional problems. Steve was able to work out a great outcome and the home is now going to a young couple who want to live -in and renovate the property. My father-in-law can now pay the entry fee for his retirement villa and still have a sizeable surplus with which to enjoy life without the worry of keeping the house going. Steve was very sensitive to my father-in-law's circumstances and communicated with him in an honest and respectful manner which helped him overcome his initial fears and concerns that he held. As the process unfolded we all worked to a timeframe and towards various stages. Interest in the house came from several different sources and ultimately we were able to accept an offer before embarking on some improvements that were earmarked to be done to improve the property ahead of listing. Steve deftly managed the negotiations and we were very happy with the price, the quickly executed exchange of contracts, and the short settlement period. We have no hesitation in recommending Steve.

Steve and co were wonderful to work with! From point of contact Mac was kind, funny and knew his stuff! He get the info he promised to us within the hour and organising a meeting was a breeze. Steve himself had a great knowledge of the local market, knew exactly what we could do to uplift the look and feel of our home. Steve still managed to get us an excellent price even in this difficult market and in a quick turn around! We couldn't be happier with the end result. Definitely should be the top agent on your list if you are selling your home!

Having lived in our home for 21 years, we knew it was special and Steve immediately saw its potential too. When we first met with Steve, he suggested some minor improvements which we could do ourselves to really make the place shine. It was worth doing these little extras – such as painting the deck and pressure-washing the concrete – to present it in its best light. The photos showed the effort and we were thrilled to get a profile of our home as property of the week. We always felt Steve’s focus was on presenting a quality home to market rather than ‘just another house’. He really knows what he is talking about when it comes to auctions and the market. We appreciated his advice in explaining property reports and feedback from each open home. We got a really great auction result – a street record – and it was due to Steve’s suggestions and approach. We appreciated Steve’s sensitivity and support after a death in our family – he really just took the reins on the sale and managed things to relieve our anxiety during a difficult time. If you’re after someone you can trust and rely on, we can highly recommend Steve from Agent Team.
