Steve was such a pleasure to work with. From our first contact, nothing was too much trouble. We'd asked for a couple of viewings and he was happy to oblige. His knowledge of the property and the services required that we needed to contact were fantastic! We would be happy to recommend Steve and his team to anyone looking for an open and honest professional service.

“I couldn’t be happier with Steve Lowe and Agent Team. For the sale of my property in Holt, I found Steve to be a very decent and honest man. Nothing was ever too much trouble – he knew exactly what he was doing and was very resourceful. Steve project managed me! He helped me arrange repairs, cleaners and a removalist. He basically pulled everything out of a hat – including a buyer – all within weeks! It meant I didn’t have to think about it. The property was sold in record time and we got a great price. All my neighbours were applauding the result as it’s good news for them too. I absolutely recommend Steve – don’t go anywhere else. The whole experience was hassle free.”

It was great having Steve Lowe as the agent for the house we bought, 3 Chubb Street Latham. We met Steve previously at another house we went to have a look at. It is clear that he and his colleagues are doing a great job of selling properties. We have always found Steve to be very friendly and well-informed and he always made time to speak with us and answer our questions. Steve was very helpful both before and after the auction. We recommend him highly!

As first time sellers, the idea of selling our house was a little daunting. Thanks to Steve with his extensive knowledge and relaxed nature- the process from day 1 was not only stress free, but exciting as well. Steve was never too busy to answer our questions and help us through each stage. We had complete faith in all of his recommendations and guidance. Our sale outcome was excellent! We highly recommend him and his team at Agent.Team Belconnen.

My experience with Steve was excellent! From the moment I called him to enquire about a property he kept me updated the whole process and was only a phone call away with any questions I had. Can’t recommend Steve and his team highly enough. Even as the process draws to an end his office team are keeping me up to date with where everything is at and any paperwork I need to keep on top of which is one leas thing to worry about in what can be a stressful time.

Steve is a not the first property agent I have used but he is the best one. He always provides professional suggestions, updates the latest information on time. He works hard in helping clients and communicates clearly. I am so glad that I chose him as my agent and it turns out my decision was correct.

Steve was very understanding of the difficult situation that we were in. He listened to our concerns and helped us to decide on the best way to go about selling. We really appreciated his kindness and consideration. It was very difficult for us and a very stressful set of circumstances. Living 1200km away and unable to return to Canberra added another dimension of difficulty. Steve was always prepared to listen to our concerns. The COVID situation added to the stress for us Steve dealt with all of this calmly and sensitively. He is a really good communicator. We are very grateful for how he approached this process and guided us through to achieving a sale that we are quite happy with. We went to Steve after a difficult experience and based on the positive experience of friends. They were correct. Steve is prepared to go that extra step to help you out. We have already recommended Steve to another Canberran who is now using Steve to sell her home too. Very impressed.
