Steve is a very high professional who has a thorough knowledge on current real estate matters. He has an extensive experience in building and related activities including maintenance ones. Steve has made our house sale experience a much friendly and easy process. Given the condition of the real estate state in ACT currently, Steve has done a wonderful job for us. ** We thoroughly recommend Steve for any property selling **

As I was living overseas at the time the home was being marketed, it was great to have and agent who kept me informed and up to date throughout the process. Steve was helpful, provided quick responses and was a pleasure to deal with. From a buyer perspective - I was pleased to be dealing with a professional and friendly agent.

Steve made the sale of our home quite painless and easy. We sold at our first open house due to Steve’s knowledge and professionalism and friendly manner, and from then thru to settlement he kept in touch with any updates and advice . We highly recommend Steve as an excellent agent.

We chose Steve as our agent as he presented us with a plan and a time line which he stuck to. He gently walked us through the daunting prospect of selling our home of 25 years and was very sympathetic and understanding of our specific needs due to my husband's poor health. Steve was able to suggest minor modifications to our home and organised for that work to be done with the least amount of disruption to us. Nothing was too much trouble for Steve. We were delighted when our home was sold before auction for more than we were seeking. Thank you Steve for your professionalism, sound advice, patience and understanding and making a stressful time much smoother and easier for us.

I found Steve to be approachable and willing to discuss every aspect of the sale. His knowledge in this was first class. Steve was very flexible in the management of the sale. I found this to be very helpful as it enabled me to meet other financial commitments. The overall service provided was excellent.

Steve was extremely professional and proactive when selling our property. He achieved a very quick sale and a little above the price we were expecting in what was a very slow market at the time. When he first came and viewed the property he gave us some advice in regards to presentation and selling tips that I believe helped in achieving the result we got. Steve’s communication was excellent throughout the whole process. All in all very happy and would recommend his service.

As a first time seller, Steve just made the whole experience hassle free and rather enjoyable. He is not only personable but extremely knowledgeable in the Canberra property Market and is always trying to one up the competition. Steve goes above and beyond what is required in an agent and makes sure it is a pleasant experience for everyone involved. I will 100% be using Steve and his team next time round and in the interim be recommending him to anyone who asks. Thank-you Steve!!

Results driven team with excellent customer service at highly competitive rates. Steve and team are great. Their knowledge of the area, target cohorts/demographics and local plus broader market with Steve’s experience and instinct are truly impressive. Client engagement was always proactive plus expectation management along the journey made for no surprises. Process and strategy were communicated clearly but not dumbed down. Most importantly They delivered a great result for a very fair price. Would recommend Steve’s and team to anyone buying or selling in the Belco region and further afield. 5 Stars!

We requested repairs to leaking toilet by settlement. Toilet wasn't repaired by settlement and Steve arranged several times to complete the repair and failed to turn up despite us taking time out of our day to wait for him. A set of keys were left with Steve so repairs to toilet and screen door could be made and as yet these keys haven't been returned. One year on the toilet still isn't fixed and we still don't have our keys. Overall a frustrating experience. Perhaps he is a better agent to sell with than purchase from.
