Joe and Rod run a very professional business with great rates and communication. We were very happy with the ad and professional photo's which were priced better than other agents and gave more detail and information about our house and area than other agents we compared to. The house sold very quickly, settling in 42 days which was very good considering the market downturn. This could be attributed to their professional manner and enthusiasm.
