Nick was confronted with a property badly treated by my tenants in early 2022. It took quite a while before they left, but once they did Nick had the first inspector as a buyer in a very tough market as opposed to the very strong market. I unfortunately chose the wrong time to sell, for the bottom fell out of Botany market by 25% (other people in the aria withdrew from selling). While other suburbs were still rising in Sydney, for the average was only down by 1.5%. Natalie did not give me false expectations it was really all down the to timing. Natalie did worked very hard and could not have done any more than she did to get the best price I could, under the current market in Botany. Natalie kept me up to date with all comments from potential buyers which helped me to re evaluate my expectations.
