We were referred to Alistair by our son, and our son was right, he is the best in the business. Nothing was ever too hard for him and the team and Alistair worked hard to get us the best price for our home. If you are thinking of selling please make Alistair your first point of call, you don't need to speak to other agents. 5 stars all the way! Above and beyond! Thank you Alistair for making the sale of our home so easy.

From our first contact with Alistair we were treated in a professional & respectful manner. Alistair's extensive experience & knowledge of our local area proved to be a real bonus for us when selling our house. Alistair guided us through the process, was transparent & realistic in setting the price guide & the best way to sell the property - he was spot on & we were happy with the results. So if you are looking for an agent who is a good communicator, professional, has considerable knowledge of the area, is respectful & realistic in expectations I would have no hesitation in recommending Alistiar - we would certainly use his services again in the future.

Juliano is a professional, knowledgeable, supportive & respectful agent. We are an older couple who were downsizing & had not been involved in the buying market for many, many years. Juliano talked us through the process, was honest in his valuation of the property price, facilitated a second viewing & was always willing & available to answer our questions. Juliano's calm & confident manner made the whole process for us a pleasant & smooth process- we would recommend Juliano to anyone buying or selling property.

Alistar was a valuable asset to our successful sale. He was very vocal but could make suitable negotiations with me. I'm very happy with his level of respect and I couldn't thank him more.
