When we first met for an appraisal I found his enthusiasm and consideration for my understanding of the sales process an expression of respect I seldom find with RE Agents. Alistair provided access to resources to assist with preparing the property in welcome package. That was a first for me. His name opened doors. All I had to do was call and say I had a referral from Alistair Agius for help to be available. In preparing my property for market if I was uncertain about a choice I could rely on his advice. Yes, I had to do that work myself, but it was empowering to know my agent was a helpful resource. I found his marketing process simple but effective. I did my part to present a marketable product and he took the burden of the sales process off my shoulders. Alistair Agius is effective because he works hard and knows how to anticipate what is required to make things go as smoothly as possible. I have engaged in the property market many times, but this is the best experience I have ever had. I congratulate Alistair on achieving Agent of the year in 2021. He has certainly been my agent of the year in 2022.
