We were not looking forward to selling our first house and were anticipating a lot of stress and hassle. To our surprise, the entire process with Alistair was seamless and essentially zero effort on our part. He led us through all the comparables, presented what he thought would be an expected range and told us he expected it to sell in a week. We took this with a grain of salt, thinking it was just typical agents and their over-confidence. To our surprise it sold during the first showing.
