Yes thats true, it was my first experience selling a property, I was very nervous, very conscious of whats coming my way. I met different agents and the it was only nervousness that was increasing. Alistair walks into our house and right from day one his transparent approach, talking about the strategy to sell, the steps involved, the flow of information between us, managing inspections and his personal involvement at every stage, his communication both by phone and on email was just amazing. His and teams hard work made us achieve our goal closer to our aspirations. I always felt its not my property on sale but its his own property he is selling. Selling a house is a huge and stressful process so before choosing a real estate agent I conducted a lot of research into agents around my area. Alistair Agius had excellent reviews, one of the top-ranking agents online so I reached out to Alistair and then met with him at our home the very next day. As soon as I met Alistair, I knew he’d be our agent! He spent time answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes he had sold, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Alistair was incredibly professional, had brilliant knowledge of the market and our area and the follow up with his and his team’s customer service was fantastic. What I really appreciated from Alistair was he cared for both our buyer and our interests. Our house went under contract 5 days after we put it on the market. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Alistair Agius and would recommend him to anyone wanting to sell their home!
