Arianne is the epitome of an excellent real estate agent. Arianne always ensured I was well informed throughout the entire process from start to finish. She would always provide a detailed report after each weekly inspection of the house. Arianne has went above and beyond to make sure we got the best price with relation to the current market. Alistair was very professional and our choice was narrowed to 2 agents one although we were impressed under quoting ( illegal ) and subsequently selling at auction didn’t sit well with us Needles to say Alistair came up with a great result and didn’t deceive us nor prospective buyers as Agius was up front with price guide. Throughout the whole process, Alistair displayed professionalism and gave the impression of a well-prepared real estate professional. His confidence and thorough knowledge of the market were factors that led us to engaging him. Although, it would have been better if Alistair engaged with us a bit more during the negotiation process with the prospective buyers. While we appreciated Alistair's very well-presented weekly statistical information regarding the level of interest for our property, we felt that we could have benefitted more from Alistair's input (beyond mere conveying of offers to us received for the property, such as phone calls or face to face meetings to discuss the negotiations process) regarding the reasonableness of the offers that we received. Overall, Alistair achieved a good result for us and we extend our gratitude to him and his team for his hard work.
