Property sold at lightening speed
Brendan is a very likeable and efficient real estate agent. Our property was sold two days after listing at a price that was beyond our expectations. The entire process was stress free and Brendans communication was excellent.

Laid back did his best
I am reminded of wise men if you cannot say good things dont. HoweverThere were times after ringing him I found out various bits of information later. Yes the property sold, owing to the governments nonsense property prices dropped. Yes there were a good lot of lookers, shame we didnt throw the first purchaser to the wolves, as she wasted time and money. I got what I thought the property would sell for. Signage was good, web site had plenty of pictures. Yes more money would have b een very good, but a fair rice was obtained. Overall good as possibel.

Attentive and patient to all needs and requests.
Throughout the process in maling the decision to purchase a property we considered a number of options. Being first home buyers and inexperienced we felt the more questions we asked or changed from one property to the next we were being a nuisance. This was not the case as Robyn was patient and always happy to assist us and help us find what we wanted and needed. She responded to all our requests and would even respond when not working when she could. I am appreciated of Robyn in helping us through this journey and would recommend her to anyone looking for an agent in purchasing or selling as she is patient, knowledgeable and caring.
